Valerie is very sweet. She just loves to be pet and rubbed all day long. That isn't the best picture, but she is very long, has great body capacity, stands on strong feet, and has nice wide hips. She is not set up in the picture. She has a very pretty udder, very wide in the rear, and is very easy to milk. Udder pictures were taken 1 hour before kidding. She is being milked through which has done wonders for her maturity. She currently is giving about 6 lbs of milk a day and we may be drying her off soon. The appraiser was very impressed with her, she said she was not stale at all from milking through. We have decided to get out of Saanens, so Valerie is for sale with her two daughters for $700 firm.
